1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible as processing begins immediately.

2. Returns

• Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the products.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Exchange is NOT available for:

• Clearance items

• Discounted items

• Custom-made products

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

• A cancellation is approved within the allowed 24-hour period

• A product is unavailable or out of stock

Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Damaged Products

• Any damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/video.

• After verification, a replacement or exchange may be issued based on eligibility.
